Proverbs 13:2-4

² From the fruit of a man’s mouth he ^(A)eats what is good,
But the soul of the treacherous desires ^(B)violence.
³ The one who ^(C)guards his mouth keeps his soul;
The one who ^(D)opens wide his lips ^[a]comes to ruin.
⁴ The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing,
But the soul of the diligent is enriched.
